Group Visits at Widener

Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to Widener!

Widener is currently in "summer-mode" until August 2026. Please note that due to the campus' summer schedule, the Group Visit experience shifts slightly. While we are still excited to welcome groups to campus, the overall atmosphere is a bit quieter during this time. Fewer students are on campus, some buildings may have limited access, and there may be ongoing campus projects or construction. In addition, the Pride Cafe Dining Hall and all other meal options will be closed. Finally, while our University Ambassadors remain enthusiastic and committed, their availability is somewhat more limited during the summer months. For these reasons, the summer experience can differ from what students would typically see during the academic year.

Due to scheduling conflicts in 2026 such as other group visits or university events, the following dates are not available:
