Group Visits at Widener

Group visits are available for high school students in grades 10–12 with at least three weeks’ notice.

Please note the following requirements for group visits:

• Groups must include a minimum of 10 students and a maximum of 45 students
• At least one chaperone is required for every 10 students, and chaperones must stay with the group throughout the visit.
• ​​​​​​​Group visits are scheduled for either 10 a.m. or 12 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

To register, please use the form below to select an available group visit date. We will confirm your reservation request within 3–5 business days. Please wait for confirmation before making travel arrangements. (Note that if your group arrives more than 15 minutes late, the visit itinerary may need to be adjusted.)                                                                                                                                                                                    

During your visit, you will attend an informational session led by an Admissions Representative, followed by a 60-minute campus tour guided by our student ambassadors.
